High-Value Order Verification Policy
At SamePerfumes.pk, we use additional verification measures for high-value Cash on Delivery orders to help protect genuine customers and our business from fraudulent, duplicate, refused, or unverified orders.
Orders Above PKR 10,000
Orders with a total value of more than PKR 10,000 may automatically be identified by our order verification system as a High-Value Order.
Such orders may require additional verification and an advance payment before they are approved for dispatch.
25% of the total order value OR PKR 5,000 — whichever amount is higher.
The remaining balance will be payable through Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery.

Why We Verify High-Value Orders
- To reduce fake or fraudulent orders
- To reduce refused Cash on Delivery parcels
- To verify incorrect or incomplete customer information

- To reduce unnecessary courier and return charges
- To safely reserve larger orders for genuine customers
Verification Process
After placing a high-value order, our team may contact the customer through the provided WhatsApp number or phone number.
The order may remain On Hold / Pending Verification until the required verification or advance payment has been completed.
Once the advance payment has been verified, the order will be approved for processing and dispatch.

After payment, the customer may be requested to share the transaction receipt or payment screenshot with our team for verification.
Important Information
SamePerfumes.pk reserves the right to request advance payment, additional confirmation, or order verification where an order is considered high-risk, unusually large, duplicated, or suspicious.
Orders that are not successfully verified may be held or cancelled before dispatch.
Advance payment requirements may also apply to certain orders below PKR 10,000 where our verification system identifies an unusually high level of order risk.
By placing an order on SamePerfumes.pk, the customer agrees to this High-Value Order Verification Policy.
Undelivered or Refused Parcels
If an order has already been dispatched and the customer refuses the parcel, fails to receive it, or the shipment is returned to us due to customer-related reasons, SamePerfumes.pk reserves the right to deduct the applicable shipping, return shipping, handling, and packing charges from any advance payment received.
After deduction of the applicable charges, any remaining eligible advance amount may be refunded to the customer. This policy applies once the parcel has been handed over to the courier for delivery.
