Return Policy

At SamePerfumes.pk, perfumes are considered personal-use and hygiene-sensitive products. Therefore, we do not accept returns once the parcel has been delivered.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once the order has been processed or shipped. Due to hygiene and authenticity reasons, delivered perfume products cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are accepted only in limited cases where the parcel remains completely sealed and unused.

• Parcel must be sealed, unopened, and unused
• Original SamePerfumes.pk packaging/flyer must be included
• Issue must be reported within 24 hours
• Unboxing video/photos may be required for verification

Opened, tampered, or used products will not qualify for exchange under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

⚠️ If a customer cancels the order after dispatch, a 25% order processing & handling fee will be charged to cover packaging, courier booking, stickers, labor, and operational costs already used on the order.

Customers are requested to order responsibly and avoid unnecessary fake bookings. Unpaid cancellation charges remain a financial loss on the business, and every individual will be accountable for their actions before Allah on the Day of Judgment (Qayamat).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• a damaged product, or
• a wrong item

Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video/photos for verification.
